I’m having something really weird. I was using my headphones earlier. Came back and tried listen. Nothing. No blue light. Ok I thought probably needs a charge. Plug into charge, no red light? Troubleshoot? Broken?

I’ve had my Cowin E7 headphones for about 7 months or so. Suddenly my left speaker does not work when I have the TV on. When I turn it on I hear both of the speakers work cuz it gives you that musical sound When I turn it on or off.’ but watching anything on this TV I can only hear out of the right ear speaker. That’s the speaker with the switch you can turn it on and off. What can I do?

exact same issue, have to completely reconnect to anything you want to listen to, which takes me 30 minutes. Don’t know why these $100 headphones have the user friendliness of a crazed gorilla on heroin…

I have the same problem. I got a pair of the Cowin E7 Headphones for Christmas and they are BROKEN. They WILL NOT CHARGE. They worked fine for awhile and then they just stopped charging anymore.

Same problem, the headphones are about 5 months old and will no longer turn on or charge (they still work wired and the anc still shows a light so it’s only with the bluetooth). Looking at other posts, this seems to be a frequent issue.

I have the SE7. I was using with my guitar amp with a 3.5mm audio cord plugged into the headset. Worked fine till I turned my head to far one day and felt a slight tug on the headset. The left earpiece stopped working. I disassembled the earpiece to find the connection for the 3.5mm Jack had broken free from the board. I should be able to resolve the Jack to the board but the problem I see is in the design. There is absolutely no structural reinforcement to hold the Jack in place other than the solder. The act of plugging in a cord will eventually break it again. Very poor design or they just figured everyone would use them wireless and didn’t invest much effort in the wired applications. Also checked the charging port design and it is no better. They both will detach from the board if not treated with extreme care.

Most wireless headphones will allow you to plug the headphones into a computer and use them without powering them on, but these only seem to work if they have a charge – is this the case? The booklet claims the power is used for engaging the sound canceling feature. Clearly, if you plan on using them without being plugged in, they WOULD need a charge, but I’m talking about being plugged in, which is how I plan on using them primarily. It’s a shame these don’t seem to work this way, unless there’s something I’m missing.

Don’t get the E7 pros then! Cable or no cable they have to be charged. Absolutely drives me nuts. “Please charging” It makes me feel ant to go with a different brand. I used my headphones ALL the time. I’ve gotten Cowin brand several times the. Went with the pros. I can’t stand not being able to use my cable as power.

I’ve been wondering for a quite a long time why I couldnt use my headphones while they were plugged in to the computer, thinking that it was me being dumb, but turns out it was designed that way

I received my Cowin 7 headset in August. The red light goes on for ten seconds once I plug the unit into a power source. How do I return these for a new set.

After about two months of beautiful sound my Crown headphones now do not work at all. Absolutely no bluetooth now. No recharging LED like before. even after several hours. Trying to listen directly to the computer is unsuccessful. Every control checked according to instructions with no success. There has been no physical damage to the headset. Just picked it up off the desk-no charge, no sound.
For the cost of these headsets, I would expect much more successful performance.
Please do not tell me to return to dealer, because I bought them over the internet; the box and wrappings were definitely new.
I know the headsets are defective, and I respectably expect a replacement.

The headphones have been connecting to my computer just fine for the past 2 months. In the sound configuration, it lets me toggle between stereo and hands free mode. All of a sudden, the stereo portion is missing in the config and I can only listen in hands free mode, no longer stereo mode

    Thoughts?

My headphones would connect this morning but then I left them in my room for a while and they now won’t connect to my phone. I have tried turning them on and off and it makes the connect noise but it won’t play any audio from my phone. What should I do?

i got these headphones for my birthday a mere two weeks ago, and they’re already having issues. i try to turn them on to Bluetooth mode and the blue LED does not turn on, nor does it connect. I charged them fully and they still did not work. I used the wire to try to connect them to my computer using a headphone jack and there’s no sound.

The buttons on the side don’t seem to work properly. I’ve found that restarting my computer fixes the issue, but for all of 5 minutes before it the buttons stop working again.

I bought my headset a week ago and bought it for the use of listening to music on a laptop with a wire. I had a friend that had bought an E7 and it was able to play music while on the off option, but when I tried it on my E7, nothing was playing. The only time I was able to hear music through the cable was when I was on NC mode. The NC mode takes up battery and I am one to use headphones for a long time Other than that, it doesn’t play any sound. Can someone help?

I have my headphones working fine, but its making this weird small two different tone beep like tone1 I’ll call x and tone2 is y. it comes on like every 30 sec or maybe minute … xyxyx or so and then it stops. Is it like trying to tell me to charge them or something?
